Leslie Botnick, MD

Radiation Oncology

In practice for some 40 years, Leslie Botnick, M.D., has made a difference in countless lives. He helped bring about the significant advance of treating many breast cancer patients with lumpectomy plus radiation. Dr. Botnick is also recognized as a leader in stem cell research and late effects of chemotherapy on bone marrow.

From his early days at New York Medical College, through his subsequent training at Harvard and distinguished career at premier institutions in Boston and Southern California, Dr. Botnick has remained at the top of his profession and at the leading edge of advancements in radiation oncology.

Consistently rated one of the “Best Doctors in America,” Dr. Botnick's greatest achievement may well be his ability to connect with his patients and communicate vital information in understandable terms.


Muhammad Kafeel, MD


Board-Certified Hematologist and Medical Oncologist, Muhammad Imran Kafeel, has two decades of experience in providing individualized, compassionate cancer care to patients in the New York area.

Dr. Kafeel has been distinguished as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and recognized in the Guide to American’s top Physicians. He is a renowned linguist and has volunteered his multilingual medical expertise to humanitarian missions such as the Disaster Relief fund. Additionally, Dr. Kafeel has extensive research experience, and has published medical investigations of topics integral to the patient treatment and recovery experience

Dr. Kafeel speaks Urdu, Hindi and Spanish, and his practice offers medical interpretations for additional languages.


Errol Mallett, MD


A skilled and experienced urologist, Dr. Errol Mallett caters to the locals of Brooklyn and Queens, NY. He attends to patients at the Urology Associates of New York and focuses on giving them the highest quality of care while guaranteeing their participation in managing their own medical condition.

Dr. Mallett attended medical school at the University of Connecticut. He then went on to complete a residency in urology at Montefiore Medical Center - Moses Division Hospital. To advance his clinical skills, he finished his fellowship training at Montefiore Medical Center. He also holds active membership in the American Urological Association and American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Mallett is widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. He gives them his undivided attention and practices with the goal of helping each of them lead healthy and fulfilling lives.


Robert C. Luangkhot, MD

Brian Hall, MD

Breast & General Surgery

Dr. Brian Hall is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park as a Bunton-Waller fellow, with a Bachelor of Science in 1999. He received his medical degree from the Howard University College of Medicine, Washington D.C., in 2004. Dr. Hall completed his surgical residency in 2009 at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, University Hospital in 2010.

He joined the surgical faculty at SUNY Stony Brook as an Assistant Professor of Surgery specializing in Trauma/Critical Care. In 2011, he returned to Brooklyn to join Advantage Care Physicians as a Surgical Attending. In 2013, he became Director of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.

Born in Queens from Jamaican parents, Brian is very proud and humbled to serve the Brooklyn community. He is a proud husband, and father of 3 beautiful children. It has been his life long dream to provide quality surgical care to the people of Brooklyn.


Walter Choi, MD

Radiation Oncology

Dr. Choi is a Board-certified Radiation Oncologist. Previously, he served as the Director of Stereotactic Radiosurgery and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Mount Sinai Health System at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Mount Sinai West, as well as an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology. He is a highly regarded expert in the field of targeted radiotherapy, including stereotactic radiosurgery, stereotactic body radiotherapy, and brachytherapy, with a particular interest in the treatment of cancers of the lung, prostate, breast, gastrointestinal system, central nervous system, as well as tumors of the eye and orbit.

Dr. Choi received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn. After a medical internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, he returned to complete a residency in Radiation Oncology at SUNY Downstate, and subsequently completed fellowships in stereotactic radiosurgery and brachytherapy at Beth Israel/Roosevelt Hospital and Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Choi is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society for Radiation Oncology, the American Brachytherapy Society, the Korean American Society for Radiation Oncology, the New York Roentgen Society, the Connective Tissue Oncology Society, and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer.


Anella Bayshtok, MD

Radiation Oncology

Dr. Bayshtok is a Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist. Dr. Bayshtok has more than twenty five years of radiation oncology experience. Her areas of expertise include the treatment of breast, lung, prostate, colon, skin and gynecological cancers.

Dr. Bayshtok received her medical degree from the Medical School of LVOV, Ukraine, where she graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Bayshtok served her residency in radiation oncology at Montefiore Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her fellowship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, where she was subsequently appointed Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology and was placed in charge of the breast cancer treatment program. Dr. Bayshtok is also a consulting Radiation Oncologist at Community Hospital/Cornell.

Dr. Bayshtok speaks Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.


Paul Gliedman, MD

Radiation Oncology

Dr. Gliedman brings over two decades of experience as an attending physician at Mount Sinai Health System. Previously, he served as the Director of Radiation Oncology at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Brooklyn and as an attending physician at Mt. Sinai St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospitals in New York City.

Before joining Continuum Cancer Centers – Mount Sinai Health System, Dr. Gliedman was a director of radiation oncology at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Dr. Gliedman has extensive experience in managing cancer of the prostate, breast, lung, central nervous system, and gastrointestinal cancers. He has developed active cancer programs in prostate radioactive send implantation (Brachytherapy) and stereotactic radiosurgery.


Albert Leung, MD


A board certififed urologist, Dr. Albert Leung is an alumnus of the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where he received his master's degree in medical imaging sciences and his medical degree. Dr. Leung went on to complete an internship and residency in general surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, followed by another residency in urology at the same institution.

Dr. Leung is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is also an active member of the American Urological Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, and the American Medical Association. He takes a genuine interest in researching and educating himself on various new advancements in his field of specialization, so his patients get the best and the most advanced treatment possible.

Fluent in multiple languages, Dr. Leung currently practices at Vantage Medical Group, located in Flushing, NY. He also attends to patients at New York Hospital Queens and Flushing Hospital Medical Center. He believes in fostering a healthy physician-patient relationship that facilitates assurance and respect.

She also works with various patients in addressing their acute health issues, premature aging, nutritional assessments and their total optimal wellness.

Presently, Inna takes on an integrative approach with cancer patients at Vantage Medical Group through one-on-one consultations, where she provides nutritional, therapeutic and lifestyle recommendations to achieve optimal wellness during and post-treatment for chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiation. The patients receive guidance and support in what they know now as, "the new norm" during and post cancer treatment.
